Non-airport Pickups Waiting Policy

For to-the-airport pickups and point-to-point transfers, our drivers provide a complimentary wait of up to 15 minutes.

Waiting Policy at Airports

- For Domestic flights, we offer a complimentary waiting time of up to 45 minutes after the plane lands.

- For International flights, the complimentary wait extends up to 1 hour and 30 minutes after the plane lands. We track the actual landing time using FlightAware and Google. If these durations are exceeded, waiting fees are applied in 15-minute intervals.

Waiting Time Rates per 15-minute increments

We charge for:

- Sedans, $29.00 / every 15 minutes,

- SUVs, $36.00 / every 15 minutes,

- Sprinter Vans, $54.00 / every 15 minutes.

While we track flights for on-time pickups, please inform DRES of any flight changes.

Please be aware that if no notice is given to DRES of a cancellation or if last-minute changes aren't implemented/approved, it may result in a full fare No-Show fee.

For a full refund, cancel up to:

5 hours before your pickup time for sedans and SUVs.

24 hours before your pickup time for Sprinter vans.

5 days before your pickup date for buses.

Certainly!

We cater to all Private Airports in the DMV from which we operate. When making a reservation online, choose the "One-Way Transfer" option and enter the private airport's name and address. Please ensure you include the tail number under the "Special Notes" section.

For all Auto Transport: We will collect a $50 deposit at the time of booking. Your credit card will be charged the balance as soon as the cancellation grace period ends.

All notary services will be invoiced and payable before the notary's arrival.

All fees are to be determined, except for services rendered between 11:00 PM and 3:30 AM, for which an additional service fee of $50 will be charged.

Generally, YES. The amount shown in your online quote is the final charge, provided you stay within the grace periods for wait times. Please see the grace periods for both non-airport and airport pickups on this page. Additionally, specific requests outside of the standard service may result in additional fees.

The total travel distance during an hourly charter should not exceed 30 miles. Additional mileage fees may apply if the total mileage exceeds this limit. Please call or email us for exact rates.

Curbside Pickup:

Your driver will be nearby, just a few minutes from the airport.

After landing, you'll receive a text from your driver.

Once you have your luggage, call/text your driver.

Meet at the arrivals level curb, and let your chauffeur know the specific pillar.

Meet and Greet:

Domestic flights: Find your driver near the baggage claim area.

International flights: Your chauffeur will be at International Arrivals.

In both cases, the chauffeur will have a sign with your name.

For our sedans, you can bring up to 2 pieces of luggage.

If you have more, our SUVs can accommodate up to 4 pieces.

For larger groups or those with more luggage, our Sprinter vans can accommodate up to 14 pieces.

We always aim to be on time for pickups, so our drivers arrive about 15 minutes early to ensure punctuality. There's no rush—please feel free to take your time. Remember, we're happy to accommodate if you need to leave sooner. We're here to make things as smooth and comfortable as possible for you!

We offer child seats suitable for all age groups at an additional fee of $25 per one-way journey.

Please be advised that child seats are available exclusively with our SUVs due to the limited trunk capacity.

Kindly ensure that you select the appropriate child seat type during the online booking process or specify it to our representative when making a reservation via telephone.
